Complimentary Assessment

Service Description

As seeing a therapist can be daunting, I offer a free assessment session for us to meet, talk about why you are considering therapy and for you to ask any questions you might have. You can then decide if you feel we could work together and I will be able to evaluate whether Core Process Psychotherapy can support you at this time. All sessions are available either face-to-face in Weymouth, Dorset, or online via zoom. If you call and go to voicemail, please do leave a message and an indication of when would be a good time to call back. I might be in another session at the time, but will usually call you back during the day, early evening or the weekend. I am also happy to arrange an appointment via email, text or WhatsApp, if calls are difficult for you to make.
