Service Description

Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) offers a mindful, compassionate and accepting space for you to explore any issues and dynamics that are present in your life at this time. Based on Buddhist concepts of mind and being, it is a gentle, relational approach that can offer profound insights and shifts in perception. CPP is suitable for both short or long term work and we can decide together what would best support you on your current journey. Sessions can be face-to-face in one of the Weymouth Therapy rooms, in nature, on-line or a combination of all three. Concessions are available and can be discussed during the initial free assessment session. If you call and go to voicemail, please do leave a message and any instructions for calling you back. If I am in sessions during the day, I may be returning your call in the early evening.
